Situated near the quiet residential area of Manhattan Beach, the marina is less than one mile from the four-lane Ritchie Highway (MD Rt, 2) a half-hour away from metropolitan Baltimore, 15 minutes from historic downtown Annapolis, and 45 minutes from Washington, D.C.On the water, within cruising range are many fine day visits and overnights - Annapolis, and Baltimore Harbors, St. Michaels, Oxford, Cambridge, and many coves of the eastern and western shores of the Chesapeake Bay.Although 9K is a 35' slip it can accommodate a 40' boat since it is on the outmost dock with direct access to the Magothy River, 9K has a width of 15'0" and a finger pier for ease of access to your boat. Depending on how you dock your boat, you will have an unobstructed view of the river from either the bow or the stern. As a slip owner, you will have full access to all of the amenities of the marina including the bathhouse, laundry, pool, picnic area, grills, and boat ramp. In addition dinghy/kayak racks and storage are available to rent.
